We do not live under the laws of a religion. Other countries may but not the United States. Here in the United States of America the laws are by man not GODS law. In most Islamic countries they follow the Quran and Sharia law. Religious leaders interpret it (and it varies by personal views) just as some of the religious people in the US do. Are the Buddhists or Hindu religions the correct ones? Maybe only the LDS (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) since it is an American religion. This is not a country ruled by religion but the people. If this was GODS law then people from anywhere in the world could come here and live as they please. Now where in GODS law does it say you live in your country and we live in ours and you can’t come to mine? If it was up to most religious leaders there would not be a second amendment.

Keep this on a simple ground. Your rights as an American come from the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of the state you reside. Each state is like a separate county as in Europe. The US Constitution binds all states together into the nation. A state has the right to strengthen a law but not weaken it. As such each state issues a drivers License but only if you pass the required exam for the state. Each basically has similar driving laws but most states do have differences. In one state you can get a license at 16 and another it may be 17. The state decides not the federal Gov. Please show me you have the god given right to drive without a license from the state. Even in the Bible it does say “Give therefore to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” Once we make laws based upon a religious doctrine we are no better than those forcing a religious belief upon others. This is what Sharia law does. “I never will, by any word or act, bow to the shrine of intolerance or admit a right of inquiry into the religious opinions of others.” Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826)

It is true the Constitution limits what the government can and cannot do. There are basic human rights that should be for every person. There are many governments of the countries tend to remove many of these rights to control the people. What we call human rights come from the society in which the people reside. At one time it was perfectly acceptable to own another person. What were their rights? The society of the populace decides what is right. To pose a question for thought; why is it considered wrong for a person to walk around naked in public? Is it what society decides as proper? It is not in the constitution. In some countries people can go naked on the beach areas and nothing is thought of it. It is legal in many state for women to go topless. Why is it ok for men to go topless but not women? Males have nipples and aureoles and some men do have larger breasts then some women. Just something to think about.

Mr. Thomas Jefferson had some thoughts that I would like to share and ask reader to think about their meanings:

“Of liberty I would say that, in the whole plenitude of its extent, it is unobstructed action according to our will. But rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add “within the limits of the law,” because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual.”

“The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first. “

And my favorite:

“A wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor and bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government.”

I am only one person and there is nothing one person can do?

This is a problem in our nation. If we sit by and allow our elected representatives, Federal, State and local, to think they do not have to listen to the people they represent they are sadly wrong. We the people need to stand up and make our voices heard. A simple FREE email can help. Keep aware of upcoming local, state and federal issues and decide for yourself if you approve or disapprove. Send an email to the Senators and Representatives both the federal and state. Keep aware of local County and city issues and see where your rights to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness are being taken away. Do you know the city, county state or federal government can take your property if they feel there is a need that suits the general good? Stand up and be heard. Keep abreast of current pending State and Federal legislation as well as city/county ordinances. Only you know what is important to you.

Is a New mindset needed in Politics? Think Whig

As a whole we as Whigs have developed the mindset going back to the foundations of our nation. The founding Whigs had a plan to strengthen and unify the nation; the American System was advanced by the Whig Party and a number of leading politicians including Henry Clay, John C. Calhoun and John Quincy Adams. The System that included:

  • Support for a high tariff to protect American industries and generate revenue for the federal government. The establishment of a protective tariff, a 20%-25% tax on imported goods, would protect a nation’s business from foreign competition.
  • Development of a system of internal improvements which would knit the nation together and be financed by the tariff and land sales revenues.

The big selling point today is that the Whig party is the Un-Party, in that loyalty is not to the party but the people. Our strength is because of our acceptance of the differences. Whig Party members understand that we can agree many issues, accept the differences and develop a consensus for the good of the nation.

Whigs do not owe allegiance to any party politics but to the people of the nation. When an elected official or civil servant owes their loyalty to a political party instead of the people they represent, they are forgetting the basics of our government. We should be a “government of the people, by the people and for the people”.

Many may think because we don’t agree 100% on every issue we are undecided. That is because they cannot see that the status quo is not working and driving the country apart. It will take time to show how Whigs focus on joining in the middle or the centrist mindset of the people instead of worrying about the party platform.

Many voters are becoming disenfranchised with the major political parties. The overwhelming crush of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor is one sign of the peoples mistrust with the status quo. There are still many that blindly follow the two parties and refuse to open their eyes and see that many of the elected officials are not representing the people they are sworn to act on behalf of. It is almost like cult followers blindly following who they are told to. It has been said that the way of a cult is one of blurred vision and mistaken choice and the foolishness of following wrong leads or trying wrong paths has to be paid for. And America is paying for it today.

The cultist takes pleasure in complicating simple truths or in concealing important ones. Much like the laws written by our politician’s don’t you think?  Educated people have been suspicious of cult societies in the past and they have had reason to be. I’m just wondering when educated people will become suspicious of parties.

How much farther can foolishness go towards insanity when career politicians openly admit they don’t take the time to read all the bills and yet are able to sustain the support of millions? I’ve never been able to understand how anyone could blindly follow cult leaders like Jim Jones, David Koresh, etc. But the faithful following of the two major parties brings one to the realization that the power of suggestion is not properly acknowledged.

The only successes the two major parties can lay claim to are bankrupting our nation, dividing us as a people and creating a propaganda machine which has developed an cult like following that is to blind to see their mismanagement of our nation. There will be a time when the people will open their eyes and minds and see that the career politician is harming this nation. By saying that the running of the government is too complicated for the people to understand is nothing but smoke and mirrors to cloud the facts. When the government becomes so massive that it cannot control its excessive spending and uncontrolled abuse by its leaders, the people of the nation suffer. We cannot depend on any government with self-serving career politicians to be open and honest with the people they are representing.

When was the last time your elected official at any level publicly put out any issues before they voted on them? When did they solicit your views and publish the opinion of the people they represent? With today’s electronic access to social media and the ability to poll the people securely, have any of your officials do so? It is a simple task for any elected official to have their constituents register for access to their polls and offer their opinion. Then see if they truly follow what our founding fathers envisioned for the elected. Truly the government has become such an all controlling invasive tyrant that the freedoms protected under the Constitution are disappearing. When the simple becomes so convoluted and distorted that even most educated people are overwhelmed the Constitution becomes but a suggestion. Our elected officials disregard the laws and rules and do not fear retribution for their indiscretions. Many feel they are above the laws of the common people.

Remember that a Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the Earth, but when the people become nothing more than the batteries for the matrix, they will be nothing more than the serf to the overlords and ruling party.

Looking at what happened in the Virginia primary, it was not due to the Tea party. Many people are getting sick and tired of the status quo of both parties. Seeing how the partisan politics is causing the discord in our nation. Politicians do not really care about the people they are suppose to be representing but their own agendas. It is never about their status but the people of the nation. Many politicians are now looking at their standing because the “shoe in” flopped. Both the Democrats and Republicans are now looking towards the middle ground to convince the American people that they do care.

Hopefully the American people will take off their blinders and see that when any politician owes their loyalty to a party instead of the people they need to be replaced. There comes a time when we need to look deeply at the workings of our government instead if following blindly. Remember that in the United States of America it is the people that control their destiny not the Government unless we allow them to control us. Rise up and say ‘I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore” if you allow your elected officials at any level to dictate to the people we all lose freedoms our forefathers fought and died to defend. Remember we were a government “of the people and for the people” I do not see this as being true today as our government controls almost everything we do. They can tell us what to eat and drink. What we can wear and how we can make a living on your own property. Even to the extent of what color you can paint your house, if you can have a fence, where you can park your car or RV on your own land and how or who you care to live within your own home.

Please look with an open mind and eyes, open to the truth not what others tell you.

Being Conservative and traditional values, terms being used by politicians today.

Every day I hear or read that candidate X, whilst soliciting for my vote and to contribute to their campaign, that they are a true conservative. What does this mean? Are they fiscally conservative or socially conservative, or both? Now another question is what is Conservatism?  One definition, from the Collins English Dictionary is: Conservatism (kənˈsɜːvəˌtɪzəm) n 1. opposition to change and innovation. 2. a political philosophy advocating the preservation of the best of the established order in society and opposing radical change.

Let’s look at the founding fathers and if they were conservative. Were they in opposition to change and innovation? Were they advocating the preservation of the best of the established order in society and opposing radical change? I would say not. Do you know that only around 1/3 of colonists were supportive of the revolution? Another third was loyal to the King and the middle did not support either side. So the founders of this nation were not really conservative but progressives and radicals. The Constitution (not the amendments) is the basic foundation of how this new government is to run. It did nothing to protect the people from governmental intrusion or becoming another oppressor. From the National Archives:

“During the debates on the adoption of the Constitution, its opponents repeatedly charged that the Constitution as drafted would open the way to tyranny by the central government. Fresh in their minds was the memory of the British violation of civil rights before and during the Revolution. They demanded a “bill of rights” that would spell out the immunities of individual citizens. Several state conventions in their formal ratification of the Constitution asked for such amendments; others ratified the Constitution with the understanding that the amendments would be offered.

On September 25, 1789, the First Congress of the United States therefore proposed to the state legislatures 12 amendments to the Constitution that met arguments most frequently advanced against it. The first two proposed amendments, which concerned the number of constituents for each Representative and the compensation of Congressmen, were not ratified. Articles 3 to 12, however, ratified by three-fourths of the state legislatures, constitute the first 10 amendments of the Constitution, known as the Bill of Rights.

Now in this new America pre Constitution, were religious freedoms the norm? No, there were instances where Catholics and Jews were killed for their beliefs. They were forbidden to live in many communities.  Most communities and states attempted to enforce strict religious observance. Laws mandated that everyone attend a house of worship and pay taxes that funded the salaries of ministers. Eight of the thirteen British colonies had official, or “established,” churches, and in those colonies dissenters who sought to practice or proselytize a different version of Christianity or a non-Christian faith were sometimes persecuted.  Virginia imposed laws obliging all to attend Anglican public worship. Indeed, to any eighteenth century observer, the “legal and social dominance of the Church of England was unmistakable.”After 1750, as Baptist ranks swelled in that colony, the colonial Anglican elite responded to their presence with force. Baptist preachers were frequently arrested. Mobs physically attacked members of the sect, breaking up prayer meetings and sometimes beating participants.

So the norm in many States and communities was not for liberty and freedom but control and forced behavior. The “Bill of Rights” in order to prevent misconception or abuse of its powers had to limit the government from becoming an oppressor and autocracy over the people.  The very first Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” This is not at all conservative but progressive and liberal in granting the people protections from any government to inhibit their freedoms of choice.

So in reality traditional values have changed and are ever changing. We can never legislate how people decide to live their lives. Being homosexual is each person’s predilection. Sexual preference and personal morality are not things we should legislate. The government can never legislate how people live or whom they live with. Just look at the fornication and adultery laws. Did the laws against these practices prevent the actions? Did laws on abortion stop the back alley abortions?

Politicians are playing word games by throwing the terms such as, true conservative and traditional values to get votes. Do they really know the meanings?

We as educated people need to really see behind the smoke and mirrors, pull the curtain back and see what is really going on. Who is paying for a “true conservative” How many special interest groups are paying for their loyalty? Just ask yourself why a medical insurance group donates thousands of dollars to your candidate? Do you think it is because they care or is it because they want them to lean towards their views? Do you believe most politicians write their own bills or do you see special interest groups writing it for them and getting them to submit it?   I suggest we all take a look at where the money comes from for people running for elected office. I also suggest looking at http://openstates.org/ for your State. You should be able to get the information about government that you want and maybe even discover something unexpected.

Here are a few that have donated to Conservative candidates. Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers PAC, Asian American Hotel Owner Association PAC, AFLAC Incorporated PAC, Dyncorp International LLC PAC (DIPAC) (Gov contractor), Lockheed Martin Employees PAC(Gov contractor) and so many more.

Ever wonder why government contractors and insurance companies donate to “true conservative and traditional values”? Do you think these companies are going to give away their cash for nothing in return? Remember that most people now know that politicians will say anything to gain favor. But who do they represent, you the people or the special interest groups that support their election? I was told awhile back the people want to hear what a politician is going to do even if they know once elected they have no power to do or intend to do anything.  Politicians do as they are told by their party or who paid the most to their campaign funds.  Most politicians have their loyalty to the special interest groups or the party. When was the last time your elected official asked for your opinion on a bill before it was voted on? They may tell you afterward why they voted in a way to convenience you it was the right way or the best for you. Is it really or was it best for another? Be informed of what is going on. Ask the hard questions and tell them your opinions on today’s issues. Whether you voted for them or not, they represent you and not the special interest groups or lobbyists.

Remember that the Whig Party of Georgia does not accept funds from any special interest groups. We do not owe anyone but the people of Georgia loyalty, Honesty and Integrity in actions and deeds. These principles are the true traditional values we should be holding our representatives to advocate. Think of these words, written a long time ago and see if today we are living up to them.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…

Political Parties

It should not be about parties but honesty. It is without question any person wanting to register to vote should have to prove they are an American Citizen first and that they are eligible to vote. This is about ethical non-partisan politics. There should never any party registration but as an American each person votes for the person not the party.  It is truly not the party one should vote for the person we feel is the best person for the job. If a party wants to have a primary it should pay for it. Please show me where in the U.S. Constitution there is anything about political parties and primaries. There is not.  The Constitution says nothing about political parties. There is no mention of the two parties ( democrat and republican) system we all know or any requirement for any party affiliation.

In practical terms political parties in the United States are recognized and organized primarily by state governments (another example of states’ rights at work.)  Ballots in each state list different minor parties, more in some states and fewer in others. Even the major parties, Democratic and Republican, differ from one state to the next. There should never be any “Straight Party” voting. We vote for the person not the party. No person should be restricted because of party or nonparty affiliation to run for an elected office.

Both parties are trying to portray as being a party of the people, they are not.  The complexity of government has developed over years of deliberate subterfuge to keep the people like mushrooms, (Kept in the dark and fed manure).  The federal government and the politicians have developed the system to keep the people looking at the smoke and mirrors and not look at the men/women behind the curtain. They put out bits and pieces to the American people but never the whole truth.

Of course there are no absolutes in national issues. There has to be a middle ground between the far left and the far right. The GOP and Tea party movement and the DNC can’t agree on the time let alone running of the Nation.

When the parties are so polarized it is the people of this country that suffer, not the politicians.  Both the DNC and the GOP, because they are the two big boys on the block, don’t care about the middle. But it will take a group, like the Whig Party, that can see that there is always a middle ground that will be in the nation’s best interest. Whigs believe it is time to change the antiquated two party system with a more open and citizen-centric solution. This very “Un-party” concept troubles many who meet us for the first time. At least the Whig Party does not tell members how to think.

There has to be a departure from the status quo. The GOP and DNC think they are the only parties that count. It takes the people standing up and saying I’m as mad as hell and I’m not going to take this anymore! It is the United States of America and we the people count.

The Whig Party Of Georgia Files Political Party Registration To GA. Sec of State

The Secretary of State for Georgia has received the political party registration of the Whig Party of Georgia, Inc. One of the oldest political parties in America is back in Georgia. A centrist party for moderate Americans to have a choice.

Atlanta, Ga. February 27th 2014
The Whig Party of Georgia Submitted the required political party registration to the Georgia Secretary of State. The registration is required in order to have a candidate listed on any ballot in the state. The last time the Whig Party was officially recognized in Georgia was 1853. Out of the first 12 Governors of Georgia 10 were Early Whigs. Whig Governors include: Archibald Bulloch, Button Gwinnett, John A. Treutlen and in 1843 George W. Crawford.

The Whigs were modernizers who saw President Andrew Jackson as a dangerous man with a reactionary opposition to the forces of social, economic and moral modernization. The men who formed the Whig party, led by Henry Clay and John Quincy Adams, drew on a Jefferson tradition of compromise and balance in government, national unity and domestic manufacturing.

Today, more than ever, it is clear we need to replace the existing “truths” of governance in America with some new ones. Whigs believe it is critical for citizens to re-engage in civic affairs with new tools and a different mindset. Citizens’ over reliance on political parties as their proxy in government has in large part caused the mess we’re in, as predicted by our first Commander-in-Chief, General George Washington.

The Whig Party of Georgia is a pragmatic, common sense, centrist-oriented party where rational solutions trump ideology and integrity trumps impunity. Our core modern Whig philosophy relies on several fundamental tenets:

INDEPENDENT THINKING, Modern Whigs try to practice independent critical thought.

INTEGRITY is as fundamental a pillar to Modern Whigs as Independent Thought. Integrity means honesty and a commitment to an ethical approach to politics. Integrity in thought, integrity in action.

Government of the People?

I feel that it is the obligation that our government and the people we elect to represent us, We the People of the United States of America, deserve honesty, ethical behavior in words as well as actions and to keep their word they swore to upon taking the oath of their respective office.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

I personally feel that many in office have forgotten their oath to the people of this great nation. This nation was founded because of the tyranny of a government that did not respect the people.  Please consider the following: From the Declaration of Independence:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, …Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

There comes a time when the Government becomes autocrats and forgets that they are servants of the people not rulers of the nation. When they believe that the people are not smart enough to understand what is going on, they elevate themselves to rulers not representatives of the people.

Members of congress say that the issues of the government are too complicated for most Americans to understand. They think the American people are too stupid to see that it is Congress that is muddying up the waters to hide facts and figures from the people they represent and are supposed to be working for. We understand that the majority of this nation holds values which fall on both spectrums of the political debate. One person believes in small government, the eight amendment, but also believes that social programs are needed to help our people, a more liberal policy on immigration. A second person may believe in small military budgets, marijuana legalization, Obama care, yet doesn’t like welfare programs or a global economy.

Today we find scores of political parties which surround the principles which Democrats and Republicans hold, yet argue over other fundamental topics as well. The Modern Whig Party is the moderator which brings these parties together in good faith to discuss the issues, to find a common ground, and then devise an effective plan that is practical and achievable, and then lead the parties in achieving those goals.

The motto of our founding fathers holds as true today as it did when the Whigs were first created “Actions not Words” If you hold some conservative views and some liberal then we are the party which best suits your needs as we are free to have our own views, to research and share our findings with the rest of the party, and share ideas in how to resolve those issues.

As you can see, comparing the DNC and GOP with the Modern Whig Party; the Whigs are the only party which the people can voice their opinions and be heard. The big two require a thick wad of Franklins.

The Improved Whig Party of today

The original American Whig party was founded by individuals united in their antagonism to Jackson’s war on the Second Bank of the United States, his high-handed measures in waging that war and ignoring Supreme Court decisions, the Constitution, and Indian rights embodied in federal treaties

The Whig party had “conservative” and “liberal” principles. Whigs portrayed themselves as being the party of order and stability. They sought to protect property, uphold the status quo, and maintain America’s culture

The Whigs also idealized the “self-made man,” who starts “from a humble origin, and from small beginnings rise[s] gradually in the world, as a result of merit and industry.” Finally, the Whigs viewed technology and factory enterprise as forces for increasing national wealth and improving living conditions.

Due to mainly the issue of slavery; Northern Whigs founded the Republican Party. The Whigs were dissolved because of the great issue which did allot more than just break the Whig Party; it divided the whole country over these issues.

Today the Whig party has taken some of the old and developed into the Modern Whigs. What Modern Whigs do not do is to tell Americans what to believe. This very “Un-party” concept troubles many who meet us for the first time, as most of today’s political parties make you “buy in” to their belief set. Your civic mindedness and personal ethics are of paramount concern as they should be to all our fellow citizens’ at the most fundamental level. Civic ethics combined with self discovery fosters true open minded dialogue and critical thinking even among citizens that have historically been at odds.

The Modern Whigs are a pragmatic, common sense, centrist-oriented party where rational solutions trump ideology and integrity trumps impunity. Modern Whigs try to practice independent critical thought. We sprang up as a reaction to ill conceived public policy that did not represent the will of the People. Today, we witness policy debates based on ideology, not on concrete solutions. Critical thinking means challenging all assumptions, and mapping and analyzing all possible solutions based on facts and potential outcomes, not on party ideology. Whigs are also keenly aware that much of what constitutes political debate today are people “parroting” others’ opinions without reliance on facts or their own self discovery.

Modern Whigs come from a place of discovery. We assume that the best solutions are still waiting to be discovered by an empowered and engaged electorate, and that the current two party system is an impediment to our progress as a Nation. An undivided electorate who can approach issues with an open mind, without prior prejudice, is what our Nation needs to forge bold new solutions built on firm common ground. We believe in American ingenuity!

Whig solition to the ACA issue

In the 1930s, President Franklin Roosevelt began a campaign to construct and maintain U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) Hospitals, to serve the Military, veterans, and the general public. Until 1981, the hospitals operated inpatient and outpatient services, emergency, surgery, and rehabilitation wards. In 1980, President Ronald Reagan announced plans to close or sell all such hospitals.

To replace the ACA, which is forcing people to purchase insurance and subsides with huge deductibles, I suggest that the United States Public Health Service reinstate the U.S Public Health Service Hospital system. The USPHS would obtain facilities or co-locate with community based health departments to serve the uninsured and Medicaid patients. The program can be staffed by USPHS and working with state medical schools to provide doctors, Physician Assistants(PA), Nurse Practitioners(NP) and Interns.  The State can mandate that all licensed physicians perform some Pro Bono services as a requirement to be licensed in the state. While performing in the USPHS they would be covered by Government service umbrella and no additional malpractice insurance. Local community based facilities, such as health departments, can provide basic health services and referrals to larger USPHS Hospitals for more advanced treatments and diagnostic procedures.

Any person requesting a federal student loan for medical, nursing or any medical technical specialty be required to perform with USPHS on a year for year basis. Service can be at the USPHS hospital or if needed at local Public Health Service facilities.

This would be creating local jobs for medical administration as well as practitioners in local communities. Many hospitals throughout the country have had to lay off workers and staff due to loss of revenue. This provides a skilled pool from which to draw from. It would also encourage people to enter the medical area for needed workers.  It would open the doors for PAs and NP as well as support staff. Creating jobs and providing the medical care desired.

The funding could come from the Medicaid as well as the funding from the ACA subsidies funding.  All persons already under Medicaid would be covered. Any person can apply based upon a needs base and sliding scale for co pays and service fees.

This service would provide for the underserved population providing health services without deductibles. The Veterans Health Administration provides a similar service for all Veterans. Costs are based upon a needs base and scale. The USPHS could be developed to provide the same services to the uninsured and low-income.

Insurance companies would fight this tooth and nail because; it takes away the one trillion dollars from them and gives it to the people for medical treatment. People that are employed and have insurance will still have their insurance and their doctors. Most Doctors now are refusing Medicaid patients for all sorts of excuses but really because Medicaid does not pay but a fraction for the Doctors fees.

I know there would have to be a lot of work defining this program but, we start with a premise and develop the program.
